We ship by UPS , with a delivery of 5 to 6 working days(Standard) and UPS 1/2 working day with Express. Shipping costs are free for UK for purchases over 90 Pounds with Standard Choice and 7.95 Pounds for Express service, for purchases below this amount the shipping costs will be 5.95 Pounds with Standard and 12.95 with Express Service (VAT included).

We ship by UPS , with a delivery of 3 to 5 working days with Express Saver. Shipping costs are free for USA, Canada & Mexico for purchases over 90 Pounds , for purchases below this amount the shipping costs will be 14.95 US Dollars.

All our shipments to Asia are made by UPS Express with a shipping cost of 15 GBP.
If the return of a product is necessary, it will be replaced by another of the same or similar characteristics in the shortest possible time or the amount of the same will be returned in the form of a credit. The delivery invoice plus the guarantee stamped by CORIOLISS EUROPE, S.L. (for electrical products) is valid as a manufacturer's warranty, so it must be attached together with the product to be replaced. The client will have 14 calendar days (According to the new Law 3/2014) to exercise their right to return electrical products (the rest of the articles are exempt for hygiene reasons), the amount that will be made in a maximum of 14 days natural. After that time, no claims will be accepted and the shipment will be considered accepted. The order will be considered shipped when the customer has signed the delivery receipt. In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, contact us and tell us the order number and the problem you have had.
In the case in which the return occurs with the products in perfect condition, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
The warranty of any of the products distributed by CORIOLISS may be voided by any of the following circumstances:
Incorrect use, handling or maintenance by the customer of the purchased product.
Incorrect repair, modification or extension by the customer of a product.
Deterioration, removal or concealment, by the customer, of the manufacturer's identification label. In other words, any damaged material without packaging or with obvious signs of improper handling will not be accepted.
Damage caused by accidental breakage.
